Shipping is only available in the continental United States. Items will be shipped via United States Postal Service. Shipping costs are applied at the end of the transaction and are based on the weight. If multiple items are purchased they will be shipped together. Items will be shipped within 7-10 business days of purchase.
At the Delaware Zoological Society and the Brandywine Zoo, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Customer assumes shipping costs if there is no damage to the item or error on the part of the Delaware Zoological Society.
If the customer receives an incorrect order or if your item arrives damaged, please contact us right away. We will make every effort to replace it or offer a refund. Please email a description of the problem along with a photo to Melanie Flynn at [email protected]. One the inquiry is received, we will review your claim and respond in a timely manner. Shipping costs to error or damage will be covered by the Delaware Zoological Society.
